In collaboration with their client, Sans-Arc Studio created a design that accentuates the kitchen processes and enables guests to observe the culinary artistry in a relaxed, intimate environment. The predominant use of steel in the interior, often regarded as a harsh material, is transformed by Sans-Arc’s polished composition into a deliberate and sculptural atmosphere. To infuse warmth, timber elements are incorporated in an exposed manner while maintaining a linear language to link the two materials.

By placing the kitchen at the heart of the restaurant, the space’s focus is redirected to facilitate engagement between chefs and guests and enhance the dining experience. The wine bar supplements the culinary offerings — providing a thoughtful and refined dining experience.
