JIGI Poke

JIGI Poke | Restaurant design by Vaust Studio

When it came to designing JIGI Poke—a modern poke restaurant in Berlin with its roots firmly in tradition—Vaust Studio opted for a striking combination of stainless steel and natural stone. Large boulders and wooden stools add warmth to otherwise sharper, cleaner elements such as metal panels and glass dividers. The space feels grounded and earthy, and almost every surface is tactile and beautifully imperfect. There are no excessive decorative elements; with such a bold interior, there is no need for embellishment.
