Created by architecture and design studio ACOS, the Unfolding Home is a flexible, adaptable living space that shifts as its residents’ needs change. Designed with a busy and varied lifestyle in mind, the open-plan living space features no partition walls. Instead, a central module and moveable screens create structure, with zones that can be repurposed—the library area, for example, can also serve as a guest bedroom. For more privacy and seclusion, there is a separate master bedroom. Bespoke furniture features alongside carefully selected pieces from Scandinavian designers, and materials such as wood and brass add softness and warmth to the space.
