In a former office space in Brussels, B-ILD has created Hodb House; a light, spacious apartment where contrasting materials and use of natural light have turned an industrial unit into a refined and minimal, yet warm, home. Bright white walls and floors are juxtaposed with a mix of light and dark colours and textures—from the translucent polyester resin cupboard in the middle of the living space that diffuses daylight from the overhead skylight, to the dark marble kitchen that acts as a bold focal point, and the newly built wood-encased children’s bedrooms—creating distinguishable areas within an open space.

Establishments such as Miel, Acme Bakehouse & Coffee Roasters, and Blacklist Coffee Roasters exemplify the island's vibrant coffee culture, showcasing a variety of blends, single-origin roasts, and culinary delights, all while emphasising aesthetic and experiential richness in coffee enjoyment.
